  • I was hired as Director of Business Development and promoted to Operations Manager after about one year.
  • Duties include:
  • Manage approximately 40 employees in five locations – three retail pharmacies, one closed door LTC pharmacy, and one Durable Equipment store
  • Financial Reports – review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Accounts Payable – monitor and approve
  • Launched Store Metrics reports that include prescriptions filled per hour and dollars per prescription in employee costs. This has helped closely monitor staffing needs as business increases
