Summary

Seasoned General Foreman offering 30-plus years of progressive full-time experience in many industries. Wood, steel, fabricating, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and dirt construction. Strong analytical and communication skills with an in-depth understanding of documentation, safety, and inventory needs. Focused on working with accuracy and efficiency to control costs and satisfy project requirements. I am not a boss, a boss does the bare minimum of their job requirements.

I am a strong Team Leader that gives respect and expects respect. I go above and beyond to be the absolute best at my job. Leaders will have better worker morale which equals better work performance which equals more work done for every labor dollar spent. Workers are happy to work hard for a leader, not a boss.

What costs more, a 180k leader that cares and has great worker morals and saves well over many times their salary with efficiency and economical money-saving practices, or a 70k boss that does not care and has bad worker morals and does the bare minimum saving the company $0???
