Started working at a fast food then wanted to get more knowledge on real world stuff also worked contruction and electrical jobs with my father then I switched to retail at menards became a head cashier then moved up as a manager to a 1st assistant manager which I did for about 2 years managed accounts payable and managed more than 20 team members and dealt with multiple guest and can handle anything that comes my way if not willing to learn more to perfect my role. Trade school caught my eye which helped me find out what I wanted to do with my career so now I work in plumbing department which has a lot of HVAC materials and began trade school at ETI for HVAC and have a 4.0 gpa and an almost perfect attendance.

Part Time Employee
5 Years 4 Months- I currently am a part time worker at Menards working in a plumbing department. I originally began as a carryout pushing carts helping guest load products and assisting in the store and being able to work with my team then took the next step as a head cashier. Learning is one thing I am always willing to learn and as a head cashier I have great customer service am a problem solver hands on learner and wanted to step up into management which I did for about two and a half years. I stepped up into management take control of leading my team and helping them feel a need to achieve their work goals and want to advance. I am involved with sales selling items to guest and am willing to help customers with questions or team members with problems or questions and currently enrolled in ETI school of skilled trades for HVAC.

5 Months- Worked as a busser and dealt with alot of people face to face and worked in a fast environment. Helping servers and other team members complete task for the night as well as prepping for the day to start.

2 Years 3 Months- My very first job was at fast food at mcdonalds working in highschool being able to cashier bring food to guest take care of people requesting orders cleaning up work space picking up heavy boxes and mukti tasking
