• My responsibilities are to investigate claims, and assess property damages. This is accomplished via photos, diagrams, estimates and narrative reports supplied to the variety of insurance carriers and their representatives. Excellent communication skills when dealing with carriers, claimants, insureds, and vendors. I am responsible for the first and third party claims. I am efficient in Xactimate estimating software.

• Provided emergency services for residential and commercial water losses. Stayed on call 24/7. Met with insurance adjusters, and homeowners to provide and manage losses in a timely fashion.
