• As a safety technician I play a critical role in identifying potential risks, implementing corrective actions and options for pro-active implementation.
• Any day, I can be found working a variety of different functions from inbound inspection to receiving duties, material testing, SOP deviations, safety hazards and risk assessment.
• Facility safety, hazards, risks, PPE verification, Daily duties differ day-to-day depending on the needs of the facility and business.

• I advise on safety concerns, conduct risk assessments, coach new members and enforce preventative measures to create an overall safe experience for everyone.

• Critical reaction to possible safety factors and first aid assistance are my primary focus on any given day.
• As a Range Officer, I check to ensure all firearms are safely loaded/un-loaded before they are removed to and from the firing line/facility.

• Organization and distribution of an assigned account base in a company assigned van as well as maintaining an off-site warehouse with inventory and product fulfillment.
• I'm responsible for the direct account servicing of over (75) education facilities.
• While on location, complete site survey, conduct education, resupply cleaning materials, assist with any questions or concerns.
• Organize; manage product inventory and stock company provided vehicle.
• Participate in company sponsored education opportunities provided throughout the year with various school districts.
• Independently manage a schedule to ensure all accounts are serviced within a specified timeframe as well as on-call service requests.

In my 12 years working for HEB, I have held multiple positions.

• Inspection Lead: Check product in slots daily to make a certain product that is set up beyond satisfactory customer and industry standards.
• Communicate with buyers about all quality issues and assist them in resolution to ensure the customer receives the highest quality products possible.
• I would ensure products are being rotated properly during daily slot checking, and communicate any problems with rotation to the stockers and/or supervisors responsible.
• Food Safety Technician: Coach, advice, instructs and/or participates in safety training for all employees.
• Perform and document monthly inspections of safety equipment as well as policies and procedures.
• As a Safety Specialist, I would develop and oversee all of the food safety regulations, policies, and procedures, dates times & verification of food safety guidelines.
• The implementation of safety was number one.
• Corporate Project Manager: I was responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the company's corporate division.
• My duties included supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, providing customer support in escalated situations, and managing the overall workflow due to industry demand.
• E-commerce Business LEAD: I was one of the primary points of contact for customer service and order review by selecting E-Commerce online orders and packaging them in accordance with SOP's.
• Key duties include managing order accuracy, communicating with customers and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Fast paced environment that I thrived in.

• As a crew member I would un-load trucks, help customers, vendors, receiving, sanitation duties and opening or end of day duties.
• Rotating through different tasks every day which kept the job dynamic and not just stuck at one task.
• I worked with a very small crew and we relied on each other often for a variety of duties, but the most rewarding part was working with great people.

• I was responsible for the direct customer interaction, focusing on building lasting relationships, understanding client needs and ensuring their satisfaction by being the main link between clients and the company.
• Resolving issues, handling inquires, offering tailored solutions to fit needs, and managing expectations for long term loyalty and business growth.
• Strong communication skills, problem solving, resolution and empathy for my customer base were integral to my day to day duties.
