- Daily management of First Team goalkeepers, including the development of training sessions, curriculums, periodization and high-performance environments to prepare goalkeepers to perform on match days. (IDP), Development of young goalkeepers, with a focus on the personal, technical an tactical skills and attributes required on their pathway to the first team. Oversight and preparation of all set pieces (attacking and defending), both on and off field. Delivery of set piece video to the team and staff. Analysis of match day and training videos. Game day substitutions and set piece execution.

Oversight of scouting, tryouts and selection processes. Monthly liaison and planning with youth club’s Senior Directors in each Region.

Built the business from scratch in 2008, experiencing rapid growth through the provision of high-quality, innovative programs, with current annual enrolments of over 550 goalkeepers.
