Accomplishments
I've taken control of a situation while working for Brosnan risk consultants when my supervisor didn't know what to do during a situation at a Walmart at 2020 n 75th ave we were posted at involving a teenager attempting suicide by cop. He picked a pair of baseball bats,mand was planning to attack the police officers at the entrance, but decided not to do anything and surrendered peacefully. My supervisor was overwhelmed by the situation, and I took over, yelling so anyone close to our position would move away from all of us(me, my supervisor, and 2 loss protection agents) and stayed close enough to the teenager to stop him if he attacked anyone. The situation de escalated almost as soon as the police spotted the teenager, and nothing else occurred.
