* Create Master counts of all material needed for Master PO's.

* Created schedules to meet contractors needs.

* Prior to UG installation, I would paint out the area to be marked surveyed for Utility lines and services. I would call 811 and get a dig ticket active to prevent damage to Utilities.

* Make sure I had the appropriate man power to meet the job schedules needs.

*Create 3 week schedules to help with job flow and making sure I have material on site to keep crew productive.

*Take daily photos of job progress, Complete Daily Reports, Safety reports.
