- Leads analytics and strategic planning for service, receive, blocking, and offensive strategies.
- Leads scouting and recruiting efforts, with a strong emphasis on 'local' kids.
- Trains all skills, with the most time spent on receiving, setting, and blocking. Comfortable with every skill and open to new techniques.
- Serves as the academic advisor for the team, helping students navigate course requirements and tracking graduation/degree progress. Has overseen the raising of team GPA from 2.95 to 3.65.
- Manages operations for both indoor and beach, apparel for both, and was responsible for replacing all of our indoor and outdoor net systems, as well as the replacement sand for our courts.
- To date, has worked with fifteen All-Region and three All-America athletes
- Instrumental in transitioning a top-20 program into a top-5 program while claiming three sequential conference championships and back-to-back national tournament appearances, after none of either in the previous five years.
