Worked with contracted engineers for projects such as a tracer study, researching the move away from chlorine gas to liquid bleach, and finding a better solution for waste water management.

Worked with small systems to complete required bacteriological monitoring.

Worked with the State Lab to maintain in-house certification for P/A Colilert 24.

Worked with NCDENR to complete a required Lead and Copper Audit.

Read/Serviced/Replaced water meters.

Monitored and maintained lift stations.

Assisted in the implementation of a full meter changeout in transition to 100% radio read meters.

Learned how to use leak detection equipment as well as reviewing leak detecting meters after monthly readings.

Assisted in leak repairs on water and sewer lines, changing out old lead goosenecks and galvanized lines to copper service lines.

Worked with customers in explaining leak detection and help to resolve ongoing issues.
