  • This process allows them to post intermediary payments to the general ledger and track internal money movement
  • Part of a working group whose goal is to review new and changing prospectus language and ensure it meets requirements for publication
  • Review all new Intermediary agreements and amendments required to sell Columbia Threadneedle funds
  • These agreements required understanding and signoff for the operational aspects outlined in said agreements
  • Consistently develop, monitor, and update procedures to ensure they conform to all current audit requirements

  • Created and later streamlined the networking fee reimbursement process that was used to reimburse over $12 million dollars annually and saved over $350,000 after the subsequent enhancements
  • Assisted in creating the strategic alliance duplicate payment process identifying firms being reimbursed in multiple areas for multiple services
  • Assisted in the testing of DST enhancements that would have a direct impact on the NSCC trading platform
  • Worked alongside marketing and DST to suppress statements and ensure firms will receive their statement information electronically
  • Acted as the primary backup to the manager of the operations side of the trading services group
  • Successfully managed 6 associates during that time
