I am a hardworking and motivated graduate student pursuing a M.S. in GIS at JHU that is always looking for opportunities to improve myself and broaden my skillset. I have a considerable background with volunteerism and leadership, and I am eager to gain job experience and start my career in GIS. I am known to be easy to get along with and will go out of my way to help others both in a professional and personal settings.

Narrows Fire Department | June 2018 – July 2021
Firefighter - Partook in fire suppression in both wildland and structure settings, vehicle accident response, EMS patient lift-assists, search and rescue missions, and other emergency capacities as needed.
Treasurer - created pay orders, paid invoices, reconciled multiple accounts with Intuit’s QuickBooks, and generated and presented financial reports.
Giles Rescue Squad | January 2017 – April 2019
Junior Member - Responded to EMS calls for service as a volunteer junior member while earning relevant certifications.
Junior Captain - Assumed leadership capacities for every line officer and executive position due to unforeseen reorganization of management. Planned and ran business meetings, recruitment drives, fundraisers, and training events. In addition, helped my junior members obtain their own certifications while working part-time and attending school.
