  • I oversee Monster's Data Analytics. This role spans across 14 countries, multiple lines of business, with a blended team of 6-12 direct reports & contractors.
  • Spearheaded the rollout of our new analytics system (Amplitude Analytics). Oversaw requirements analysis across two lines of business, formulating technical specs for Engineering, robust QA of all data points, data governance and documentation (including PII and GDPR compliance), and enterprise dashboarding in Amplitude and Looker.
  • Provide ongoing support for the C-Suite. Driven by complex business questions that cannot be answered by a dashboard, work often requires multiple resources across several weeks and includes advanced modelling in SQL, storyboarding, and stakeholder presentation.
  • Designed and implemented measurement frameworks to define departmental purpose, link strategies to KPIs, and push business accountability.
  • Direct all Marketing Analytics: annual and monthly MMM forecasting across 14 countries and attribution modeling across over a dozen online and offline channels. Media budget ranges from $20-50M per annum. Achieved a 40% reduction in CPA over the last 36 months.
  • Governance lead for all Monster’s 3rd party tags, balancing the needs of Marketing, Product, Security, and Legal to ensure accurate attribution, page speed performance, mitigate risk, and ensure ongoing compliance for GDPR, CNIL, and CPPA/FDBR/MODPA/PCDPA.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Experimentation program. Primary focus is ensuring experiments are clearly and correctly structured from the outset (both technically and strategically) to prevent wasted development cycles caused by misaligned expectations or implementation issues.
  • Work closely with Engineering to align analytics roadmap; contribute technical specifications and QA efforts across 50+ models balancing business needs with query cost optimization.
  • Prioritize coaching and development of junior and senior analysts, with a focus on visibility and upskilling in a remote-first environment.

  • Driving a team of analysts to provide Product and Marketing insights from over 40 websites.
  • Global reporting lead who transformed manual, time-consuming workflows reliant on pasted CSV data into repeatable, scalable solutions. Initially prototyped with Power Automate and Power Query, before expanding the various solutions into Looker.
  • Led the replacement of our old Adobe Analytics tool with Google Analytics. This included the technical design and roll-out of a JavaScript Event based Data Layer. This Data Layer aimed to enhance firing logic across various vendors, speed up page load times, and minimize tag outages by making the code less dependent on changeable HTML elements.
  • Global DMP Implementation Lead, responsible for technically setting up the DMP and collaborating closely with Marketing to identify and engage with new Audiences.
  • Created a framework for Monster’s A/B testing program. This included educating users on reiterative testing, as well as hypothesis formulation, KPI selection, test durations, minimum detectable effect (MDE), and understanding Type I/II errors.
  • Data Governance Steward, oversaw the implementation of 1st (Google Analytics) and 3rd Party tags to ensure privacy compliance (GDPR), reduce page weight, and improve overall security.
  • Implemented Agile methodology practices, utilizing Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation to stand up and manage the analytics helpdesk.
  • Ongoing tasks included ad hoc analysis & dashboarding for Product, Marketing, and Finance using Looker, PowerBI, and BigQuery. Typical work encompassed conversion funnel analysis, marketing attribution modeling to determine return on ad spend (ROAS), and aiding in the development of financial metrics that correlate on-site behavior with bottom-line revenue.
