I'm knowledgeable when it comes to hotel & how it runs. I'm familiar with some of the programs used to keep track of the daily check in/out. My hospitality towards guests is very superb, I'm always happy to assist with any task, and will go above and beyond to make sure their needs are fulfilled. I can work as a team or individually, I'm great at communicating to insure a steady work flow and a positive environment. I'm always looking to learn more about my position and others to help out the best I can, as well as for future improvement in myself to one day continue moving up.
As a housemen I do the cleaning and helping around the hotel. Some tasks include walking the perimeter of the building, inside and outside just to make sure everything looks good and clean. Disinfect and maintain all restrooms & public areas clean. Make any needed deliveries to hotel guests, as well as put away any hotel deliveries delivered to the housekeeping department. Wash and fold all towels in hotel, maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping area.
