I am an experienced researcher with a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences from UC Irvine. I have more than 3 years of laboratory experience working with mammalian cell culture and biological assays. Experienced with reading/executing SOPs, basic laboratory techniques such as PCR, cell culture, and spectroscopy, to name a few. As a published researcher, I am skilled with citation managers such as Endnote/Mendeley, GraphPad Prism software, and animal handling. Additionally, I have experience working in a diagnostic clinical laboratory setting, working to diagnose patients with COVID-19.

I was the Director of Media for EAUCI, where we seek to do the most good in the most effective manner. My responsibilities include planning board meetings, designing and maintaining websites and social media presence, and spreading awareness about effective altruism.
Effective Altruism at UCI (President):

I was the president of Effective Altruism at UC Irvine. I facilitated collaborations with Effective Altruism organization, stayed in contact with CEA (Center for Effective Altruism) and OFTW (One for the World), and recruited and distributed tasks to the EAUCI team. I created board positions, organized meetings, events, and finances, and facilitated collaborations with other EA groups, and co-facilitated of Intro to Effective Altruism.
