The Fandango Food and Drinks product was a 0–1 initiative that introduced a standalone checkout experience, allowing moviegoers to purchase concessions in a separate transaction after buying tickets. Customers could then redeem their orders at their selected AMC location. The product was built with scalability in mind to support future adoption by additional exhibition partners.
AMC Sightline Seating - Launched 2023
Led efforts to maintain feature parity with exhibition partners—specifically AMC Theatres—by ensuring seamless seat selection and ticket purchasing functionality across platforms. Successfully managed the full product lifecycle—from planning through development, launch, and retirement—across web, iOS, and Android platforms. Collaborated closely with AMC Theatres to integrate, test, and launch new features, including AMC Sightline in targeted markets. Analyzed market-specific performance post-launch in partnership with AMC to inform product decisions. Retired the product strategically based on marketing and performance outcomes.
