-Responsible for leading and developing people to achieve results within the restaurant (Sales, Customer Experience Metrics, Food Cost, Labor and Productivity, etc.)
-Leads their team (team members, trainers, shift leaders, and service leaders) to deliver a consistently outstanding guest experience through the execution of Chick-fil-A’s Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy.

-Outside of scheduled shifts, the Director takes ownership over a combination of an area of the operation, time of the operation, group of people, system(s), or process(es) that directly and meaningfully impacts restaurant results
