Expanded the program from 6th-8th grade teams, to 3rd-8th grade teams with multiple levels within 7th and 8th grades.

Established a partnership with HEHS basketball program and varsity coach Mcbride where we implemented the varsity playbook into our program, promoted skills clinics led by coach McBride, and fostered a culture that aligned with and made the transition into the high school program seamless.

Established relationships with D211 and D54 facility managers to assist with gym rentals. In addition, worked with HEHS coaches, athletic director, assistant principal, and janitorial staff to ensure the program was following protocol and addressed any issues.

Handled all the day-to-day operations of running the program to include but not limited to the following:

• Managed all teams registrations in tournaments and leagues and set up each team's GameChanger accounts
• Managed and scheduled all tryouts, practices, and games
• Ordered all players uniforms and managed all equipment (coach's bag, basketballs, practice jerseys, coach's dry erase boards, cones, medical equipment)
• Budgeted and managed all the organization's finances, insurances, and website development
• Recruited and promoted the program through yard signs, website development, and face to face interaction at HEPD youth games to increase the number of participants and bring awareness to the program.
• Assisted coaches with building practice plans that helped to improve on ball handling, shooting, passing, defense skill development
• Established a Code of Conduct for all players, coaches, and parents
• Created a volunteer board to assist with Feeder Night and End of Season Celebration.

• Developed strong relationships with players'' families to encourage support and involvement in their athletic growth. In addition, facilitated open communication between players, parents, staff members, ensuring that all concerns were addressed promptly and effectively.
• Collaborated with coach McBride and coach Yanule to share best practices, techniques, and insights for overall program improvement.
• Boosted player confidence through personalized training sessions and continuous feedback.
• Promoted sportsmanship values among athletes, fostering a positive competitive atmosphere within the team environment.
• Managed practice schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources for optimal results while also promoted proper stretching, warmups and conditioning exercises to prevent sports injuries.
• Boosted player recruitment, by establishing strong relationships with local schools and Hoffman Estates Park District.
• Enhanced game-day strategies, by analyzing opponents' tactics, watching game film, and adjusting team plans accordingly.

• Demonstrated and coached players aged 1st & 2nd grade with the proper skills and techniques resulting in improved skills.
• Strengthened relationships between youths and their families through frequent communication and involvement in program activities.
• Introduced games and drills, enabling students to better develop skill levels.
• Conducted an end of season celebration where each player was recognized for their achievements with individualized awards.

• Assisted head varsity Coach Dave Genis at Niles West High School (later became head boys coach at Maine East High School) with coaching 6-8th grade girls during 2000-2003.
• Developed and implemented effective training and skills development strategies to improve overall team performance.
• Acted as positive role model for team participants and in community.
• Evaluated individual knowledge, skills, and strengths, and assigned team positions to maximize talent areas.
• Developed and delivered effective and engaging coaching sessions to improve performance.

• Collaborated with current and former high school and college coaches from around the Chicagoland area.
