• Experience with Excel, Qnxt and ProPAT. Coordination of data collection for the Additional Documentation Requests process for Medicare Part A and B as well as Managed Care.
• Perform chart and documentation audits. Provide necessary in-services to all staff as needed and ensure understanding.
• Assisting DON and ADON with the following- Pulling reports, completing audits and physician recertifications, scheduling nursing staff, interviewing, assisting with The Plan of Correction from Annual Survey.
• Behavioral monitoring.
• Extensive training in PDPM.
