I am a jack of many trades; and in the military I have learned to "overcome and adapt" to different scenarios and possibilities that may be thrown my way. I went above and beyond in every job that I have had, yet in my younger years I was looking for passion. I came to realize I am passionate about building and maintaining relationships with others which is why most of my longest jobs were in customer service. I am also passionate about driving and I have recently discovered my passion for data. I am still learning on the job, but I have been praised for my attention to detail and willingness to learn on the fly.
While working at 4Sons I worked my way into managerial work. This work consisted of completing necessary paperwork throughout the day and completing daily tasks. Delegating work was also a priority to make sure everything got completed in a timely and orderly manner.
Regularly I have been commended for having exceptional customer service skills. I see every customer as a challenge that they leave the store happier than when they first came in. With a simple smile and a genuine caring ability this has always been an easy task for me to complete. I look forward to every customer; to have an opportunity to work on open communication and allowing not only them an opportunity to smile, but myself as well.
Leadership has always been a strong trait of mine; and I have had many opportunities to fine tune this skill. Starts with being team captain of my high school basketball team four years in a row; then moving on to squad and platoon leader in the United States Army. After my discharge, the opportunities continued to present themselves; team leader at Harkins, to a manager at 4Sons.
