Copywriting has the responsibility to always compliment a brands voice, while surrounding a business with words that reflect a brands story and personality. It should serve the purpose of connecting with the target audience, in order to build trust, relationship, and ultimately the desire to take action.
As a Copywriter it is my goal to deliver Copy that is tailored to each individual unique brand. There should never be cookie cutter Copy that is one size fits all.
A Copywriter should be a teammate who befriends your brand. Who studies and knows your brand inside and out. Someone who takes your concerns and input very serious, in order to make sure the exact results you are looking for are delivered.
Before Copywriting, i worked in various retail jobs, such as American Eagle, and Bath and Body Works, where i learned the power of words and how they sell. A companies target audience loves the brand and what they offer, but words are the ultimate deciding factor for the customer to feel connected and make the purchase.
When i first heard of Copywriting, i knew it was for me. Taking it very serious from the start, i wanted to learn everything there was. Which is when I joined the Comprehensive Copywriting Academy in August of 2022. One year of experience/practice in learning and writing Copy for various projects has allowed me to do what I love.
Continually sharpening my knowledge and skills, i aim to help businesses feel good about the words surrounding their brand. Along with my writing abilities, time management and organization are things i take very serious in life, especially my work life.
