Oversaw ushers and made sure they had the tools to do their jobs well, handled ticket and scanner issues, conflict resolution in employees and guests, helped any guests needing to use ADA seating, wheelchair lifts, hearing aid devices, etc.

Scanned tickets, helped guests find their seats, answered questions about the performance, worked in tandem with other ushers to give guests the best possible experience.

Took orders and worked at the cashier register, made sure customers left as happy as possible. Occasionally prepared sandwiches and salads when needed.

Worked at the Commons desk to help residents get packages, assisted with lockouts and lost keys, and reported any emergencies in the dorm.

Any tasks needed, including cleaning public areas, emailing students, helping with scheduling, and greeting guests.
