I started working a part time position which included running the cash register, inventory, cleaning and other menial duties in a 4-5 hour shift, Within a few months I became responsible for closing the pm shift and performed very well. After a year of showing excellent attendance, great punctuality and customer service I worked my way up to a full time position. This was due to my availability to cover shifts consistently when co-workers called out.
