  • Created and managed all VoIP accounts. This also included orchestrating two VoIP company transitions. One occurring by an acquisition and the other by switching to a different company at the end of our contract. This required detailed work in managing the transfer of all of our individual, group and fax numbers for 11locations.
  • Created and managed all cellular accounts for all employees. This consisted of managing over 200 devices.
  • Managed Citrix Studio and vSphere for VDI environments.

  • Utilized Track-It to manage our ticketing system which included an overhaul clean up where I reduced our over 200 open tickets down to typically no more than 20 open issues at a time.
