I owned a concession trailer and sold food to the public. I would set up at Walmart locations within the state of Georgia and would sell different food items to the public. My business was a Snow Cone business but I also sold individually wrapped ice creams, sodas, pizza slices and nachos with nacho cheese and jalepeños. I gave each store 20% of my sales, to the stores that allowed me to set up in their parking lots.
I sold my business when I moved and divorced.
I traveled to various locations, to set up displays of sunglasses and eyeglass frames, to sell to the public. I was trained, at 12 years old, by a professional optician, on different lenses and how to manually adjust frames to fit each customers face. I was trained on how to take eye measurements and how to fix and repair glasses. I also used an engraver to engrave different letters, shapes and designs into the lenses, per each customers request. I kept a cash box and kept up with all of my sales, inventory and expenses.
