Highly motivated individual with 35 years of customer service experience. Excellent communication skills with proven history of effectively proving to handle all kinds of environments and situations allowing myself to grow and be a positive asset to my coworkers and customers. Always dedicated to adapt to new situations and challenges to grow. It is very important for me to always keep in mind I am a reflection and representation of my workplace as well as my team.
My experience with Eskaton Village Placerville is a great example of the kind of employee that I am very proud of. I was able to grow in so many ways during my over 10 years. Starting out as a med tech and then a lead med tech for seven years I was asked to join the management team in the business office. I was excited and nervous taking on this role knowing I would be the manager of the day for the whole community on Sundays, this roll covering everything from fire alarms to complaints and covering call outs. It became one of my favorite roles at Eskaton until COVID hit, where the managers did every Job required to keep things moving along for our residents. I never realized the inner strengths one could have until COVID. I loved being part of such an amazing team and am so thankful we got through it together and stronger. I decided after things got back to normal at Eskaton and Covid was for the most part behind us that I would take 2 years off and spend it with my new grand baby.
I am ready to get back to work doing what I love and that being with people.
