• Maintained accurate student records, such as process reports, absence sheets and the Proficiency in the use of ED-Admin, Adam and Ed-Labs to constantly improve classroom and staffroom efficiencies.
• Taught multiple subjects to students with intellectual, physical and emotional disabilities.
• Improved student's analytical skills by introducing state-of-the-art computer programme technologies. For Example; teaching robotics in a computer lab with the correct hardware and software. Using Blockly prop, Roboblockly and hour of code to develop learners use of technology in the field of coding and programming.

As my role of being a tour enrichment leader, i have been able to organise local tours and excursions for subject related matters. (Such as excursions to the Apartheid museum and Soweto suburbs for history and a tour to the blyde river canyon for Geography.) I have also had the responsibility of organising sporting tours (Such as tours to the Midmar dam, the biggest open water swim in the world, for Swimming).

• Carried out day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently by staying in contact with traveling agency's and liaising information to parents in a timely manor.
• Worked flexible hours, covering nights, weekends and personal holidays to plan and attend these tours.

• Co-ordinating fixtures, event details and programmes for 16 schools in the EKUDIBENG REGION of Gauteng.
• Drafting rules and regulations for the league.
• Managed databases and information systems, maintaining accurate and accessible records for the league.
• Liaising with 16 schools for arrangements for the swimming league.

players receive appropriate skill development and support.
● Fixture Coordination: Handling operational aspects of fixtures, including match
arrangements, transport logistics, and addressing any issues that arise during games.
● Player Welfare: Monitoring player welfare, including addressing injuries, performance
concerns, and providing support for individual development.
● Uniforms and Equipment: Managing the distribution and maintenance of team uniforms and
equipment, and addressing any issues related to them.
● Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for parents regarding their child’s
participation in the Swimming, and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
● Inter-House Event: Handling the operational aspects of the Inter-House Event and co-
ordinating the day.

Key responsibilities are:

• To identify learners of exceptional talent in rugby between the ages of U12 to U16.
• To communicate to the Director of Sport these learners who skills' and talents need to be nurtured and developed.
• To maintain a coherent and a concise training programme for various age groups.
• Implementing mandatory dietary programmes (consulted with a dietitian) for rugby players of various positions and age groups.

• Delivered fun, effective and innovative swimming programmes.
• Utilised practised teaching techniques to build student confidence and enjoyment, supporting the achievements and goals of each swimmer.
• Maximised individual swimmers' achievement, delivering personalised one-on-one coaching to boost progress.
• Preparing intermediate swimmers for competitive club swimming.
