Production Technician/CNC Cluster Inspector
- Accurately processed incoming implant and abutment orders to meet inventory and delivery standards.
- Degrease, sanitize, and anodize incoming orders before sending to packaging and quality control.
- Pair orders with necessary accessories such as screws, housing/seatings, covers, etc.
- Kept equipment running efficiently and communicated with the engineering team to issue necessary repairs.

- Work with technicians, engineering and other departments to complete assigned projects.
- Experience using gauges, hand tools, measuring equipment, microscopes, and other inspection instruments.
- Light knowledge of Deco 10 CNC milling equipment operation.
- Collect, inspect, and process paperwork for four machines worth of production.
- Troubleshot equipment malfunctions quickly to minimize disruptions in production schedules.
- Assisted in quality control measures by performing routine inspections of products against established standards.
- Increased workplace safety, conducting thorough hazard assessments and implementing corrective actions.
- Promptly documented and reported all defective equipment and hazardous conditions.
