Officer Training
After 2 years in the Department, I applied and became an FTO (Field Training Officer). I successfully trained Mulitiple Deputies who are now enjoying their own careers with much success.
After resigning from FTO, I still stay in touch with the Training Sergeant and have assisted in the Jail Operations week for the past 3 years. I've assisted in providing updates in policy and procedures for the facility and for daily operations in the jail.
I have assisted as an Acting Sergeant and have helped out with any tasks to keep the shift running smoothly and effectively.
