At webstraunt I started as a packer packing out orders and working with others to help get orders out as efficiently and quick as possible. After a few months I switched to my main role as a consolidator where i worked hard with a team to make sure each order was scanned in properly and placed onto the belts in orderly fashion to ensure a proper work environment and pace. I work well with others and really can connect with others on the job
