-Install and secure steel structures, beams, and columns according to blueprints and engineering specifications.

-Perform welding, cutting, and assembly of iron and steel components.

-Fit, align, and bolt metal components together on-site.

-Ensure the safety of yourself and others by following safety guidelines and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

-Ensured structural integrity by properly installing and aligning steel components according to specifications.

-Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to determine project requirements.

-Work with a variety of materials such as steel, stainless steel, a galvanized steel.

-Experience with rigging materials, using cranes, and safely handling heavy equipment.

-Ensuring all welds meet company and industry standards, including adherence to quality assurance protocols and client specifications.

- All welds would be inspected, for big frames used for off-site jobs.

-Fitted and have to meet the engineers specifications from blueprint and inspected before rigging them on to the flatbeds.

-Rigging and moving heavy equipment with overhead cranes.
