• Operating HiLo to retrieve & load cargo in and out of semi trailers containing automotive parts.

Concrete Laborer:

• Operating T550 Bobcat and Mini Skid Steer for tear outs of old concrete/cement slabs.
• Setting up forms for concrete to be poured in.
• Organizing/maintaining our box truck, driving to job sites and back to our company yard.
• Applying finishes on exposed aggregate & stamped concrete to provide a polished/finished appeal.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of tools to have a consistent, accurate finish on the concrete/cement.
• Grading gravel to proper height for the depth of the concrete to be correct.
• Leaving job site clean and presentable, recovering tools for upcoming jobs.

Marketing Executive:

• Creating and remaining in yearly/monthly budget of ad spend.
• Implementing CRM systems to have the flow process from our office to job sites be simplified & efficient for our employees and customers to maximize productivity, while also having a database integrated of all our previous customers & new ones organized/tracked.
• Responsible for spotting and setting up booths for home renovation expos such as 'The Novi Home Show, 'Oakland Home Improvement Show' and other small events near our office in Mount Clemens.
• Going out and retrieving aerials of before, install, and after photos/videos of job sites to show our customers & supporters on our social medias the smooth process of us completing home renovating projects.
• Recording & editing testimonials of satisfied customers using Final Cut Pro’s software.
• Directing every post that was output on all our social medias, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
