Summary

At only 16 years old I negotiated my first deal, from a very young age I knew I would have a career in real estate. I started managing properties when I was 18, I currently manage 26 properties which include a variety of residential, vacant land, farms, and commercial. Since the beginning of 2022, I have sat on an advisory board for Marion County, making decisions about granting or denying variances, setbacks, and other issues that face our citizens. Having knowledge of official record searching, case studies for foreclosures, GIS mapping, concept drawing (residential and agricultural communities), and an extensive understanding of zoning and municipal codes. I would be greatly appreciative to be able to have the opportunity to move to Atlanta and learn about the surrounding area and get involved in the community. My family currently has a home on the out skirts of Atlanta , so transitioning to living in the area would not be difficult.
