As a current Forman I Supervise the maintenance of residential establishments and facilitated the successful completion of diverse projects through effective leadership and team support. Ensured that proper utilization of light and heavy equipment was taught to new employees and foremen through training sessions. After spending my first 2 years with this business, I excelled immensely in my trade and accomplished the position of a foreman. In the 4 years of being a foreman, I learned many crew leadership skills and project management. Effectively managing project organization and completion.
