I am a Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Army with 8 years of proven experience. I have accomplished measurable results while leading teams of 6-12 personnel in a dynamic, fast - paced environment. I possess a comprehensive background in mentoring, leadership, organization, and time management. Developed cultural knowledge while spending years in South Korea, and Germany. I provide support and supplies for over 750 individuals daily; directly responsible for health, morale, welfare, personal and professional development, safety, and mentorship of individuals who are subordinates. I assist in maintaining and keeping accountability of over $1.4 millions of equipment. I possess extensive knowledge in Leadership, mentoring, and team building. I'm a recipient of multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism. Currently in pursuit of bachelor’s degree in special education.
