Responsibilities include managing property personnel, sourcing and implementing PM programs and partnering with third-party operational vendors to maintain the physical well-being of each asset
  • Conduct regular interviews with tenants and maintain clear, collaborative and transparent relationships. Exceed tenant expectations in responding to tenant requests and concerns, a One-stop-shop to alleviate tenant issues on an immediate basis.
  • Source third-party vendors for annual service contracts, R&M projects and repairs. Partner with contracted vendors to ensure the physical well-being of each asset. Identify and recommend capital projects
  • Partner with accounting team to monitor tenant ledgers and collect outstanding charges. Work collaboratively to provide accurate monthly reporting including operational and capital expenses, income and variances

  • Perform Tenant Coordinator responsibilities for over 30 new tenant buildouts, from lease execution through the "open doors date" of each tenant. Duties included reviewing lease terms and responsibilities with tenants, MEP drawings review, pre-construction meetings, permit review and establishing bi-weekly construction meetings throughout the buildout process.
