• Read blueprints, drawings, and work orders to manufacturing to quality requirements, parts, and assemblies.

• Set up and perform all manual assembly operations and related machine functions required to accomplish assignments.

• Use precision measuring instruments required to accomplish tasks.

• Assemble and mate structural parts and assemblies by drilling, route, ream, countersink, spot face, counter-bore, and installing fasteners utilizing hand-powered tools.

• Verify work performed is per work instructions and meets process and/or engineering specifications. Identify discrepancies found per applicable procedure.

• Ensure equipment and tool certification occurs per procedure.

• Perform tasks required to position, install, attach, and apply parts per general procedures and to specified quality requirements.
• Complete tasks by following work instructions, process sheets, check sheets, and photos, and carrying out assignments given by Supervisor in an efficient manner
• Perform minor rework as required to detail parts and components to permit proper assembly. Make adjustments or alignments to components involving cleaning, drilling, tapping, filling, etc.
• Responsible for helping to maintain good housekeeping practices by company requirements
• Rotate between three consecutive workstations to complete various assembly tasks
• Perform all tasks within safety guidelines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement process.
