I worked with a team of like minded individuals.

Our daily job included going door to door knocking on the doors of voters and talking to them. I communicated the policies of the candidates we were campaigning for and giving a pitch as to why they should vote for this candidate running for office in their district.

I consistently knocked on over 200 doors a day, and had dozens of conversations with people from different walks of life. In doing so I walked between 15 and 20 miles every day.

In my capacity of being an Election Coordinator I also had the responsibility of being a driver. Where I also drove a couple of my coworkers to and from the neighborhoods they were knocking in each day, as well as having to be available to pick them up to relocate them between neighborhoods and bring them to lunch breaks and bathroom breaks.

I was the senior manager of a business and my responsibility included leading a team of people inn making the ice cream, as well as some of the sales and logistical factors.

Trained existing employees to maximize production and efficiency of making ice cream.

I was responsible for ensuring food safety practices were followed and a clean working environment was kept.

Innovated some of our recipes and ingredients used to minimize cost and to create a better product.

Developed and maintained relationships with customers and suppliers.

Our ingredients came from many different places, and our clients who bought lots of ice cream had businesses of their own. B2B sales both ways.

As a manager I had the role of mediating conflicts amongst employees and resolving issues with the equipment.

During my time there I had to learn a lot related to science of the dairy and the cold temperatures.

One thing beyond my job description I got experience with there was maintaining machines, and repairing them in what capacity I could when needed.

Prior to my time as a senior manager I was working directly on the ground in the room making ice cream with the team I was leading.

• I was responsible for ensuring recipes were followed accurately
• I was also responsible for ensuring the team followed sanitary practices and kept a clean environment in the room.
• I innovated some new flavors that the business sold.

I worked in various positions throughout the kitchen.

Dishwasher, Prep Cook, Cook, Pizza Maker, Salad Maker, and Fryer.

Different skills were needed throughout, but I excelled in each and was commended for my efficiency.

It was my new responsibility to teach new back of the house (BOH) employees how to do various tasks, by the book how we do them at Chipotle, and ensure that all company policies are followed regarding recipes and food safety procedures and sanitation.

I was also responsible for scheduling people in BOH

I was responsible for making sure supplies and ingredients were ordered for our part of the store.

Daily duties include; Dishwashing (by hand 3 sinks), shredding cheese in bulk with the machine, making sauces, (chili, guacamole, etc), washing and cutting various produce and preparing them for the front of house, marinating meats and packing it for use by the grill.

Working the grill on occasion when the other guy wasn't there meant cooking the meats and fajitas to the temperature and time that the company standard was and getting them out to the service team as needed.

At Chipotle dishwasher, prep cook and grill are all very fast paced positions, and that is in part why I excelled above others.
