  • This position required me to be responsible for manpower scheduling and timekeeping for my employees.
  • I was involved on a daily basis working with the trades fabricating and support construction of nuclear submarines.
  • Prior to taking the supervisor position, I was the lead mechanic of the only “flex trades” crew. The requirements for this unique crew is that you must have firsthand knowledge as a fabricator/welder, outside electrician and machinist, sound dampening, ventilation duct working and sheet metal, pipe and shop fittings, and painting. I was the working lead of this crew for both 1st and 2nd shift, and responsible for training new and veteran personnel to learn the different trade functions as well as keeping jobs organized while trying to work under budget and on schedule.
