  • Meeting was booked for a tour around the property, while on tour detailed information was given to the prospect on the amenities and different units that was offered. As well as requirements that were needed in order to qualify to live on premises.
  • Made sure property was 100% leased.
  • Elevated customer satisfaction ratings by promptly resolving tenants concerns as well as maintenance requests no longer than 24 hrs after request was submitted.
  • Along with the maintenance crew, we would make sure all units were in compliance before our next move-in and city inspections.
  • Rent was paid either through the tenant portal, bank deposit, or M.O. If payments were missing, further proper paperwork was created - ex: Reminders, NTV.
