  • DGD Compliance Checks - Ensure each dangerous goods shipment includes the Compliance Check from gateway
  • If the DG check will not be provided inform the coordinator and note the shipment as missing this document on the Collection Log
  • Compliance Completing the Visual Compliance and KSMS accurately and adding copies to the appropriate destination in the Remote Working file on the shared drive
  • Event Milestones - Enter the required milestone for BKS, PUP, REW for each booking in the tracking and tracing module of ProCars
  • This is to include adding exception codes for any release that has been delayed from the date of the release to the receipt at warehouse
  • Collection Cost - All freight quotes should be kept in the appropriate folder in the shared drive for proper cost reserves at the time of billing
  • Freight Invoices - Provide the proper account numbers for all freight invoices and place in the appropriate AP folder in the shared drive for booking
  • Returned Shipments - Coordinate the return of the material as instructed by Lockheed Martin with both shipper and return warehouse
