Christian Rodriguez

Hello, my name is Christian and it is with great optimism that I'd like to interview for a position with your organization.

To tell you about myself I was born in Mexico City, came here with my family at 5 yrs old. I was raised here in San Francisco, growing up I was always fascinated with knowledge because of my interest in reading.

Currently, I’m studying at City College of San Francisco majoring in Administration of Justice. It is my hope to work with the community where I was raised who like me, grew up in an enviroment where there isn't much opportunity for success. Having gone through similar challenges, I hope I can provide an example to the new generations and uplift those who need it.

In banking, critical thinking is essential as Einstein said "Imagination is more important than knowledge." In short, as powerful as knowledge is it can never be its best without imagination. It is our imagination which opens that box of possibilities and lets us believe anything is possible. Without imagination the Wright brothers would’ve never known how to fly. Granted, the calculations and mathematical equations where there, yet if they hadn’t had that imagination to create a contraption with which one could fly, the world would not be where it is now. I know my role and play my position within the team in order to achieve the goal.
