Abstracts/ Publications/Presentations

· Capstone (Masters of Public Health): Wrote a paper and created a video presentation titled “The Rise of an Invisible Enemy (Salmonella) into the United States”, which discussed the rising trend of Salmonella outbreaks occurring after troops were coming back home from World War II and how it affects the food industry today.


· Practicum (Masters of Public Health): Created a brochure discussing the origins of zoonotic diseases; an infographic displaying brief step-by-step guidelines & daily routine procedure to help protect young children from multi-systemic inflammatory syndrome, which is caused by the spread of COVID –19; as well as a PSA video providing information on sanitation & preventative guidelines for Salmonella.
