
I have become passionate fitness professional with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and hands-on experience as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and in Orange Theory leadership. As Head Trainer of a 300+ member studio, I lead and mentor a team of coaches. Responsibilities / Duties
• Lead high-energy, results-driven Orangetheory classes while maintaining elite standards in coaching cues, member engagement, and safety across all fitness levels.
• Serve as the primary leader and mentor for coaching staff; onboard, develop, and elevate coaches through feedback, education, and performance modeling.
• Drive member retention and studio culture by creating inclusive, motivating, and community-focused class environments.
• Translate exercise science principles into clear, actionable coaching cues, optimizing heart-rate training, strength progression, and treadmill performance.
• Collaborate with studio leadership to support programming execution, brand consistency, and special events, including themed workouts and performance challenges.
