At UPS my main job is to load heavy packages onto trailers and work safe.

My main Job at Amazon was Stowing. Stowers Prepare the routes for delivery drivers. They do this by filling totes with packages and and then loading them onto carts and out to the drivers.

As a Delivery Associate my Main job was stowing. stowers prepare routes for the drivers. They do this by putting packages into totes and then loading the totes onto carts and taking them to the drivers.

• Stacking boxes efficiently and strategically
• Working safely around heavy machinery
• Coordinating with co-workers to lift heavy objects

• Scan documents and make sure charts are complete
• Verified procedures versus documentation
• Correcting and making changes to billing entry’s using QSI
• Informing billers of errors
• Operate phone/switchboard
• Created labels for charts.

• Opened clinic on time and prepared office for workers and patients
• Greeted patients, registered new patients and pass in existing patients
• Verified various types of insurance including PPO, HMO, DMO and Medi-Cal
• Received payments and kept track of accounts and receipts
• Answered phones with multi-line switch boards and paged doctors and dental assistants over intercom
• Received and sent faxes, operated copy machine
• Communicated with other offices to better assist patients
• Knowledgeable in procedures and treatment
