I am a hardworking, friendly bartender with lifelong knowledge of the restaurant industry. I come from a family where my father was a chef so all my life i have grown up in and around the restaurant environment. I have worked in restaurants since the age of 16 performing jobs of dishwashing, expediting, barbacking, serving, and bartending. Having worked in multiple restaurants, i have experience in all types of restaurant styles.
At Bar Valentina i make craft cocktails in a high volume environment. We pride ourselves on being an extremely hospitable bar where we have cultivated a strong base of regulars. At Bar Valentina i am responsible to build cocktails from scratch while balancing a high customer volume during events, nights, and weekends.
As a bartender at I handled opened and closing tasks, served as a weekday, weekend and brunch bartender and organized the bar to meet certain demands depending on the shift needs.
At The Vine I was a scratch cocktail bartender. I was in charge of building cocktails with 4 or more ingredients. The Vine is a lounge with an emphasis on quality ingredients and use of higher end liquor. I gained a strong knowledge of cocktailing and alchohol processes at the Vine.
I was a bartender as well as server at Brunetti's. Brunetti's is an Italian restaurant that specializes in wine. I learned how to properly serve wines and the correct table etiquette when presenting a bottle of wine to a table.
