In this position I developed many innovation Power BI’s and Knime´s project to help to visualize cross-functional teams number of parts in each crib of Ramos Arizpe GM complex, inventory cost, number of placed POs and its estimated delivery time and forecast of arrival per month.

Negotiate national and international purchases (MRO and raw material), responsible for custom clearance through Mexico City airport, Monterrey International Import, Altamira Port, Manzanillo Port and Matamoros Customs, shipment coordinator through air, ground and maritime transportation Impo/Expo of goods as well. In this role I was responsible to scheduled deliveries of containers to the plant, handling all logistics related matters.

I was also responsible of gather quotes and performed cost analysis to award to the supplier that offered best price, payment terms, lead time and quality, and finally placed POs in ERP system. Inventory management (Safety Stock, Reorder points, etc..) –

In this position I developed supply alternatives and packing material improvements with the support of quality team in order to get better piece price and finally increase profits.
