Summary
I Started as a Barista when I was 16 years old just able to get a job. I was always eager to learn and strive to be better. I spent 3 years as a barista growing and developing understanding deployment and plays as well as bottlenecks. In May of 2025 I became a shift supervisor where I’ve dealt with the hardships of tough conversations, or not everyone being on the same page and I helped guide the store into a much better place. Creating a safe environment for the store to express themselves. I’ve inspired baristas to want to do their work better and want to take the job more serious and move up. Coaching other shift supervisors as well on how the order may have been done and walking them through it so they better understand our accuracy
