I manage in bound service calls by satisfying the customers needs through chat, voice, and/or email communications. I also guide them throughout multiple systems and tools with my skill development and on going training.

My responsibilities included greeting and assisting customers. Informed customers of current and future in store nd on line sales promotions. As well as, stocked, maintained, and kept the store neat and clean.

I assisted customer with their printing and shipping needs, I also, processed Amazon and merchandise returns.

I assisted customers by giving excellent service in a highly trafficked environment. Specifically, I assisted customers in selecting merchandise, educated them of present and future sales promotions. As well as, stocked and maintained the stores inventory.
