
• Performs supervisory visits for adults every 60 days and for special needs children twice a month
• Works to promote, maintain and restore healthy living in the community for clients
• Instructs and supervise through the educating of the home health aide, clients and family members, regarding medications, importance of compliance, prevention of infection, accident, and injury
• Assess client needs, implement and suggest updates to nursing care plans, and monitor patient progress
• Conducts PCA skills training class and signs off for caregiver competency
